Effects of Unfairly Unfavorable Book Reviews on Independent Authors

Effects of Unfairly Unfavorable Book Reviews on Independent Authors - James M. Lowrance "The fact that undeserved negative reviews are posted online by readers on bookseller websites, is evident by the fact that same books at the same time, can have highly favorable and positive reviews posted for them by other readers."That's not so much "evidence of unfair reviews" as "people having independent thoughts and opinions". Even if all reviews were to be expected to say the same thing, who's to say the negative ones must be the fakes anyway? Personally, I'd be FAR more suspicious of any positive reviews for books by a writer like this.
